We would appreciate you do not leave bad feedback, but contact us first so we can resolve the problem. Returning of items is at buyers’ expense. Only a full refund of the product will be refunded, any additional postage paid will not be refunded.  Exchange – If you wish to exchange the item for another size, we require the postage cost of new item. We do not accept returns if the item has been worn, used or washed.  This does not affect your statutory rights. Please email us and return the item within 30 days of the sale, in its original packing & we will refund you the money less the postage once we have received the goods.
